This was my first experience with frozen custard. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in, but the knowledgeable staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and what frozen custard was all about. Basically frozen custard is ice cream the way we all want it - rich, creamy and smooth. It has eggs and is denser (less air) than ice cream. The result is a wonderful creation that you can add "mixins" to in order to create your personal flavor profile. In case you can't decide, there are suggested options on the menu.
