I purchased a custom piece from her that she state would be completed within two weeks. After the two week period I called to check and she acted like she was not sure who I was or what my order was. (Thank goodness I had my paperwork where I paid in full). I made a comment about small business need to make sure that items get to the consumer get the product on time or at least a phone call saying it was going to be longer. Instead I get a sarcastic Im sorry and I was told to pick up my product and do not come back ever! No apology ever for a breech of contract! I
