Randabi’s New York style deli will be celebrating their grand opening the entire week of August 5th. Their delicious food is comprised of traditional European Jewish fare including corned beef, pastrami, latkes, knishes, NY style cheese cake and the best chopped liver in the state. Collaboration between Michael Lauber who spent his formidable years growing up in a Brooklyn deli; and Chef Jerry Thomas who has spent most of his time in restaurants here in Florida. Combined, their experiences encompass way more than just a deli environment. Both have significant experience catering food styles from numerous countries. In addition, Randabi’s features a vegetarian Middle Eastern Israeli menu featuring Falafel, Hummus, Baba Ganoush and much more. One of their specialties is the Malawach sandwich. Served open faced a Malawach is an Israeli-Yemenite flat bread, pan fried and covered in shredded chicken breast and other various ingredients of your choosing. Doesn’t matter if you are enjoying lunch or dinner at one of their tables, taking your order home or taking advantage of their free local delivery, your meal is guaranteed to be tasty and fresh. They cater for all occasions and all styles of menus.
