I've had to set 3 appointments with these people. My apartment flooded because a pipe broke. I set an appointment for 9 am they show up at 10, and only soak up the water. The guy said, he didn't have time to clean only enough time to soak up the water. I reschedule the cleaning for 9am again the guy doesn't show up till 10 am I'm at work my girlfriend was there and have to leave for work. I call in upset and reschedule again the lady assures me that the tech will be there at 9 am. Guy shows up at 9:40, whatever. Appointment times don't matter with these pe
