Parish is the least reliable company my family has ever dealt with. Communication with them was pointless, and they rarely fixed the problem. In one situation, my mom was 1 day late on payment and her internet was shut off. They proceeded to slap on a late fee, $15 reconnection plus one month service fee. Aside from that, billing cycle was odd. On some occasions, we would receive multiple bills with different payment amounts within the same month.
