Well where do I begin, had a salesmen John Reg...... come to my home and try to sell me some windows. At every turn he lied about his company. Told me they were Pella direct not a franchise, told me that the windows at Lowe's were of different quality(when they are exactly the same at half the price). The list just goes on and on. Then when he presented the estimate there was no price for the windows or for installation just one price which was UNBELIEVABLE. Said he gave me 25% off which I peeked into his computer was a total lie. BUYER BEWARE with this company.
