Incorporated in 1973, BCMSA owns and operates the Belington Medical Clinic, the Belington Wellness Center and the Brandon Wellness Center at Philip Barbour High School. BCMSA is community owned, 501c3 nonprofit corporation and operated by a Board of Directors who are citizens from the community of which a majority are users of BCMSA. Funding for free and reduced services is provided by Belington Community Medical Services Assocation, Inc., West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, and HRSA. Our Mission As A Community Health Center The mission of Belington Community Medical Services Association, Inc. is committed to providing quality primary health care services, health education and wellness promotion to all Barbour County and adjacent area residents with emphasis on the provision of care to the underserved.
