I am long time user of 20 years. Here something you all should know about this place. They are very high pressure salesman, the product of Nexus is off brand hearing aid and it is not in the major brand like Oticon, Resound, Widex and Siemens and many more good brands. It is hard to get a refund from them in 30 days trail period. They are bad news to deal with and they put a bad eye to other good hearing aid centers. Go to Bay Area Hearing Aid Center in Concord or Advanced Hearing Aid Center and Audio Star, those are good people, but I go to Bay Area Hearing Aid
