Zerorez did a terrible job on my carpet! My bill was more than twice what the commercial said, and NONE of the stains came out. This company is a scam. They have only been in Omaha since March. They SEND SALESMEN TO YOUR HOME to run up the bill. They had multiple shops around the country with F RATINGS WITH THE BBB (this is verified through the BBB website under Zerorez: Redwood City, CA, Houston, TX, and Sonoma, CA). They have terrible reviews online-if only I would have checked first!
