I was referred to Key Carpet Cleaning by a co worker who hired them recently and raved about their service. When I called Key Carpet Cleaning I spoke with the owner. He was extremely polite, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about hiring them. Key Carpet Cleaning called to confirm and arrived on time for the service. The part I appreciated most was dealing directly with the owner who did all the work. He did an incredible job cleaning my carpet and frankly he got my carpet much cleaner than I expected.
