I provide counseling for adults, couples, families, adolescents and children. I help clients to overcome obstacles and achieve healthier relationships. I can help you overcome many challenges such as: relational issues, divorce, children's behavioral issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management, women's issues, postpartum depression, grief, loss, and addiction recovery, and, eating disorders, and anger management. When working with children I take and individualized approach, because each child is unique. I often use play therapy with children, because they have difficulty communicating their feelings through words. I have helped numerous adolescents overcome their life challenges, and I have helped many parents gain skills they need to become a more effective parent. I also conduct faith-based counseling for those who desire to incorporate their spiritual beliefs as a part of the therapeutic process. I find that when a person's faith is a part of the process, more complete healing and progress are achieved!
