I'm going to try this one more time. My widowed mother had a neighbors tree fall onto her porch roof and into her yard. She had issues getting a return call even. She was approached by random people who offered to help, but didn't provide insurance information. Carl called her back within 2 days and came out and gave her a free WRITTEN estimate (another problem) for her insurance.
