Carpool Fitness was created and designed by a mom to accommodate parents with busy schedules and to help them achieve their fitness goals and get fit. This express convenient workout is held outdoors at your child's school. You will receive a total body workout incorporating cardio and also using light weights, resistance bands, and other unique core based exercise equipment. Classes are for all fitness levels and are taught by certified fitness professionals. We are also excited to offer Kids Fitness Classes after school at your child's school.
