Greetings my name is John W. Veatch. I am a land planner, a professional land development engineer, professional land surveyor, Florida Realtor and I suppose because I have been issued a patent by the US Government you could call me an inventor. I am about to launch a land surveying pilot project in S.W. Florida and I am looking for strategic partners who would be interested in having their technology incorporated as part of the default surveying and mapping process I have developed. My patented system uses conventional land surveying instruments, GPS, and HD computer rectified aerial imagery to product land title surveys and other types of land surveys. This process has been indorsed by the Virginia Land Title Association, First American Title Inc. Lawyers Title Corp. and many others. We have now incorporated 3D into our system and this technology has opened the door to several new business opportunities for our land surveyor partners. The pilot project we are now planning would yield a very precise 3D ortho-rectified HD image of every parcel of land in an area; about 450,000 parcels, or 120 SQ. miles and would allow our partners to produce the land title survey required for real estate settlements at a fraction of the cost of conventional surveys.
