Welcome, my name is Dr. Paul Ralston and I've been in practice for ten years. I have competed in olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding and I currently train at Crossfit Greendale. I've had my share of injuries and I know what it takes to help get you back to the activities you love! I strongly feel that many of the conditions, especially chronic, plaguing the Western World can be addressed effectively by modifying our poor diets to fit a hunter-gatherer type diet and I'm always available to speak at businesses to help further the message of diet, exercise, and wellness.
