Every time I call, they always answer the phone, what a nice surprise. I never have to worry about the cost changing from what they quoted me over the phone. The price stated is the total cost and unlike other companies there is no hidden charges like service fees, hourly labor rate and add on charges after they arrive. It is what you get. It is always friendly, fast & reliable. Using a local locksmith is important to me and knowing that they live and work in my town is a huge relief as I have not been so lucky in the past with the "other national" companies.
