I entered this establishment on 7 AUG 2013 and requested estimate to recover two (2) vehicle arm rests. The estimate was $80 total. I was told to pick the material the from a number of fabric samples and I paid the owner with cash (as required). I stated I was going on vacation for a week, feel free to take your time. Owner stated work would be complete in 2 weeks. On 21 AUG, my wife stopped by MMA Upholstery to pick up the arm rests and was told they were not ready.
