As a property manager I called Rick's Appliance for an estimate on a washer repair. They came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I relayed this information to the owners. The owners decided to get a new washer because the repair price was high. Three weeks later I received a call from Rick asking if we were going to do the repair & I told him the owners decided to replace the washer instead of repair it.
