I started taking Pilates at Innerworks 9 years ago. I fell in love with the way it makes me feel; stong, vibrant and flexible. They have mat classes and equipment sessions, and I do both. They were the first studio in the Inland Empire to offer Pilates, 20 years ago! Their staff is certified, motivating and friendly.
