Bob Harries is the worst property manager associated with Coldwell Realty there is. Don't ever waste your time with him, he certainly doesn't plan to manage your property, he doesn't bother to call, return calls, manage your property, and he lies about all the traffic coming through and potential clients that for some reason or another change their mind at the last minute.
