We first contacted Lemon Grove Ornamental before Christmas to get a security door made. Jerry (owner) came over and we explained what we wanted, but said he wouldn't take measurements or get started until we had signed a work order. After MANY phone calls and what felt like us chasing him down, he finally faxed a work order on February 11th. We had to call him repeatedly for updates and to make sure things were getting done. The door was finally installed March 4th. It's a nice door and we really like it, but it sure felt like pulling teeth to get the work done.
