DON'T waste your time or your money or put your assets at risk! took my older boat, worth $2k max, in to analyze he problem. asked Neil to check on a few things like starter and shift cable. calls me back with an estimate of $1,200, I tell him the boat isn't worth it, he tells me that he is already $500 into it just to diagnose the problems. I wind up paying $250 to get my boat back (with engine in pieces) AFTER he skips town for 3 weeks and threatens to put a lien on my boat since we didn't pick it up (given that he was never there how could we....). What a crook. and VE
