Had a difficult problem with Stacy at the front desk. I made resevations for no smoking room and she said my reservations made through hotelroom.com were for smoking. She would not give available no smoking room unless I got in touch with hotelroom.com myself even though she had rooms available. These rooms were already paid for. After 11 hours on the road and having to call the hotel room.com and have them call the reception desk, at which time Stacy turned the call over to the other receptionist to handle, who knew nothing about the situation and she told hotelroom.
