I always get what I ask for ,because these are professionals who no matter, who take the time and compassion in the hair cuts I have recieved. If I can explain the cut the pros are right there with you.I have explained difficult styles and asked if I can have a picture duplicate cut. All proceeded on making the cut comfortable to me.
