I have been a local resident of Palm beach for the past 20 years and I have seen all types of nail artistry. I know what to expect when I arrive at a nail salon, even if it is a school- they are training these young professionals to work at the local & corporate nail salon. Well after almost four hours for a pink and white full set and a cost of 30 dollars, I was truly dissapointed. Also to my utter amazement, was that they had the audacity to charge me $7 dollars for a soak because they lacked the proper machinery while a full set only cost $15. After speaking to the head
