After I was in a front-end collision, my auto insurance told me to bring my car to them. Worst mistake ever! They started out doing a poor job with the estimate, they missed several items and the final price for my insurance jumped about $2500 in the last week they had the car. They took a full month to make the repairs, and then when I got it back, within 24 hours the transmission (which had been fine before the accident) started acting up. I brought it back to them and it took them 3 whole days to tell me that it was a coincidence, not related to the acc
