Unfortunately the cleaning services for my apartment I received from JLD Services was very poor and what I considered unacceptable. After the house cleaner left, I sent photo evidence of large areas that were very easy and neglected to be cleaned as well as any form of dusting around the apartment. I was great disappointed especially with the lack of customer service provided, there was no offering of a discount of future service, or any form of helpful customer service.
