Long story, short: Go somewhere else. The people at Flat Rate seemed super helpful when I first met them. They loaned me a video card and stick of RAM with a deposit, but when I called to return the parts, the store never answered. I left messages and called on multiple days. They finally answered when I used a different phone number, which leads me to believe that they were screening my phone calls. When someone finally answered she informed me that I actually purchased the video card (shocking news to me) and told me that I could not return it. When I tried
