These people are thieves. Do not use them. We have a refrigerator with a broken ice-maker. Whirlpool told us it would cost $50 to repair. The technical came out and assessed the repair at $400. When we declined to repair the ice-maker, he charged us $120 to for the service call. We even have an insurance policy, but it would not cover Via as they are not a vendor they support. We lost $120.00 for nothing.
