Well, when all seems lost in a world of lousy customer service and inferior quality products, every once in a while a bright light appears. In my case it was Avion Metal Works of Florida. From beginning to finish Joan and Julie were part of every aspect of my new wrought iron staircase I was having them design and install in my home. Their patience, professionalism, artistry, and perfectionism, was quintessential. For all the recommendations I have been making for them, I might as well as them for a sales jog..... I love this company!
