I had a very disappointing experience here. I had a 7pm appointment for pedicures for a party of three. We arrived at 6:45pm. There were about seven customers there who were receiving some type of foot service. A lady who worked there told us to go to the back and pick out the nail polish color. This took about five minutes. We sat and waited for another twenty minutes. The whole time no one approached us to apologize for them running behind schedule. It seems we could have been "soaking" our feet in the soaking tub, if they still had other customers to work on. Thi
