I had a service done on my 2011 flhtcui and I had a great experience the owner of the shop was very knowledgable and treated me very well. I made a appt and dropped it off on the day and he said it would b finished the next day. That same afternoon I had received a call from the owner and said the bike was finished if I wanted to pick it up. When I arrived the bike was out front and he had cleaned the bike from top to bottom for free. He said that every bike that is worked on gets a full detail. Then we went over the work that was performed and he did a great job explaining
