We had the worst experience in 20 years of real estate. We were belittled for asking for a reduction in fees and treated poorly because we asked. The officer was so rude that it was a factor in cancelling the escrow. Terrible customer service when in a competitive market with transactions in real estate stressful enough, we feel our money should be spent elsewhere where the customer is respected. Petty, rude and insulting toyour customer - why bother!
