Called in for help with a network issue to see if they could help us. The guy who answered the phone was really weird from the start. He asked who I was trying to reach. I told him I saw their ad online for computer help and just needed to talk to someone who could help. He insisted that I tell him the company name I was trying to call. He was a real jerk. I told him he was being a jerk and he told me to go F myself.
