I have been involved with BCI for over 13 years and since Jim West bought BCI seven months ago and changed the name to Equitrade Atlanta - it's NOW absolutely the WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with. They sold me bad gift certificates for companies out of business and for companies that have never heard of Equitrade so therefore they will not honor illegitimate gift certificates. I've had certificates for new members (of two months) who won't even honor their gift certificates because they no longer wish to do business with Equitrade because of JIM WEST. %0
