Went in on a recent weekend evening and we ordered the spaghetti special. We were able to see part of the kitchen through the service window. The young man acting as a chef, placed plates heaped with sauce and spaghetti into a microwave oven and then touching the food with his fingers as if he were testing the temperature. We asked the waitress why our food was being heated in a microwave. She told us that the chef ran out of sauce and the sauce he placed in his kettle was not yet hot.
