We have been incorporated since 1985 and have enjoyed steady growth each year. Our office is centrally located in the Appalachian coalfields at Ivel, Kentucky. Mikrotec Home Security & Automation has an existing customer base of over 1,300 customers which proves sustained customer satisfaction. We have been an Avaya Communications (AT&T) Business Partner since 1996 providing quality business telephone service. Our trained staff can design and implement your key system, PBX, or Voice over IP (VOIP) telephone systems, Alarm.com Home Automation Systems and More. We also are a maintenance provider for local Avaya maintenance customers. In addition, MTS is a dealer for Panasonic, and certified in Nortel equipment.
