I called and spoke with owner Ken for estimate. Ken took directions to my house, and address, and said he could come out the next day at 10 am to look at the job. It is 10:30 am right now, no cancel call or anything ! I called at 10:10 am to inquire where he was (lost?) and went right to an answering machine .. I called again 10:30 am, and again, right to voicemail.. I left a message to not bother calling me back. What a lousy businessman%u2026. he wanted to come earlier, we agreed on 10 am which was inconvenient for me %u2026 if he changed
