We had an appointment for between 12:00 until 4:00, (which is too a long time to start with anyway.) They did not show up so we called them twice to see if they were still coming out at about 3:45 & 4:45 and we were told they were "still" coming out so we continued sitting around wasting the rest of our day. They finally called about 6:45 stating they didn't have time to come out now! We wasted our whole day waiting on "Mr. Rooter" even though we were terribly busy. I wouldn't call these people again even if they said they would do the wor
