worst customer service I have ever seen we take our dog to a lot of different places to get his hair cut they said he would be done by 3:30 we were still waiting at 5:30. We also had a coupon for $5 off they said that isn't a coupon that is a marketing tool to see how many people bring it in there.. really?! I called to ask them why they wouldn't accept it they started yelling on the phone at me and then she gets her husband on the phone and he screams come and get it now boy! I have never seen anything like this before that is not how you run a business.
