Do not use. My policy premium went up by more than $400 a year, I asked him to see if he could get me a better deal and he told me, with no misinterpretation, that he was not interested in doing that and he had more important things to do. Keep in mind I had a policy with he company for over 5 years. No customer loyalty and it was very disrespectful. I am changing companies.
