Last week I called Bowers Enterprises in a panic because my air conditioning unit was not cooling at all. My house was 90 degrees and outside it was a 100! Prior to calling Bowers Ent I called several other companies (I will not mention the names/obviously not owned and operated) and they were very un-simpathetic. They told me the soonest that they could come out would be in a couple of days and I would probably need a new air conditioning unit. I was very surprised that they thought I needed a new unit without even coming out to do a diagnosis! Then I called Kathy
