My wife and I were referred to KB's by a friend at Church. They repaired our desktop that ended up with several bad viruses from our internet surfing/searches and installed an excellent antivirus program called McAfee; which is GREAT. They also repaired our son's laptop that he uses for college. He ended up having to have his DC-Jack or Power-Jack replaced and a new power cord and laptop cooling mat.
