Cold. Hard surfaces everywhere, no ambience and nothing to soften noise, so everyone's conversation is at your table. Disorganized, rude, and frankly for being run by someone who has been in the restaurant business for a long time, amazingly inept. But it explains why the other ventures failed. Do not show bloody boxing on a television set for patrons eating salmon can see it. (especially when the patron is a lady, 80 years old!) Do not send out cold food.
