I was a new customer of Stoody, after some difficulty I received a quote for a Nitrogen tank and Regulator I wanted to order. I then ordered the two products as Stoody was recommended to me as a good vendor from a very large customer of theirs. I received the product on time but when I opened the regulator box to make sure what I was getting was correct it was clearly used; internal packing torn up, grease on the back of the housing, scratches on the plastic lens and debris inside the low side nozzle - which was odd as it had a red protective cover on it.
