Welcoming New Patients Vinna Norris, DDS and her staff care for dental patients of all ages. Our office is conveniently located near Poudre Valley Hospital in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Patients of Dr. Louis Liley Jr, DMD, who is recently retired, will enjoy a smooth transition with the same staff and office hours. Dr. Norris has a long history of providing dental care in the Fort Collins community having worked as a dental hygienist in the area for more than 10 years prior to completing her dental education. Our practice philosophy is focused on high quality, compassionate dental care delivered in a dental home environment that is family oriented and relationship focused.
