At Healey Mark we put the patient first. This is a popular catch phrase but we have found that larger medical organizations are also unable to do that. I started my career as an academic surgeon, doing research, teaching residents, heading the surgical ICU. It was very gratifying but I just didn't have the degree of flexibility that I wanted.
