After a snow storm the night before, I call to make sure the office was open for my 1:15 appointment and was told they were open and would be able to see me.I showed up 15 minutes early and the office staff told me my appointment was canceled by someone who was not working that day.I had the appointment scheduled for two weeks. Not a confidence builder. Was supposed to be my first visit. Very disappointed.
