Brian Jackson, the owner of this small business is an irresponsible person and lacks better judgment and morals. His own website says "Here at Jackson Associates Appraisers our #1 goal is satisfied clients! " This is absolutely false! My story - I had an established time slot for Brian to come and appraise my property on March 18th, 2009 at 9:30 AM. Brian decided that St. Patrick's Day and a drunken night of foolishness was more important than to him than me and my time.
