I have a $10,000 deductible on my insurance. When I called to make an appointment with the receptionist I told her that I have this deductible and that I would need to know the price of the appointment before I set it. She told me on the phone that the price would be around $80. She neglected to tell me, however, that I should not run my bill through insurance as that would run about $200. I was very surprised when I got a bill for $203.33. When I called their billing office they asked me to write a letter to give it to Dr. Madson. They refused to accept
